Compliments, Concerns and Complaints
We are passionate about meeting the needs of all learners within our school community and our staff share this vision. Sometimes things may not work out this way, but we thank you in advance for sharing your concerns in the first instance to give us the opportunity to rectify the situation.
Please share your concern with your child's class teacher in the first instance. If the issue persists, you can escalate your concern to the Assistant Headteacher. The next appropriate person to discuss your concern with is the Deputy Headteacher. If your concern has not been addressed to your satisfaction, having followed these stages, a meeting will be arranged with the Headteacher to discuss your concern/complaint in line with the Trust policy.
There is a Trust policy for how our school handles concerns and complaints. This can be found in the policies section of our website.
Alternatively, if you are looking to compliment the school, or a member of its staff, the compliments form can be used. We will ensure this is seen by the relevant people.
