Dear Parent Carers,

We're excited to welcome your child to Hill View School! We're hosting a series of transition activities between July 3rd and 10th. These activities are designed to help your child become familiar with our school, meet some of our staff, and engage in fun, relaxed activities.

As a brand-new school, we have a limited number of staff available during this period, so we've scheduled several sessions to ensure each child receives the attention they deserve.

What to expect:

• A chance to explore the school again
• Meet some of our staff
• Participate in engaging activities at their own pace

We recognise that every child is different and has unique needs. If your child feels overwhelmed or needs to leave early, that's perfectly okay. We're here to support them in whatever way we can.

Important Information:

• Transportation: The Local Authority is unable to provide transportation for these activities. Please arrange your own transportation to and from school.
• Refreshments: We'll have a designated area for parents/carers to enjoy tea and coffee. Primary school parents are also welcome to join their child's activities!
• Booking: Please email office@hv.oak.education (using the subject line "Transition Activity") to book your child's preferred date(s). If you feel your primary-aged child would benefit from multiple, shorter sessions, you're welcome to book more than one time, but only in your child's class group.
